Fabulous oceanfront house with private beach access in the very sought after Daytona Beach Shores. With the salty breeze on your face, stroll on the beach, hand in hand with your loved ones, gather seashells, or build sandcastle with your kids or grandkids.  
Perfect venue for family reunions, company outings, weddings, birthday, anniversary, bridal and baby shower functions and other group events. Enjoy Daytona Race track and Octoberfest. Free parking in a large parking lot.

Get a sun tan or just watch the ocean from the back deck sitting on beach chairs. Your little ones can can play in the back yard while you enjoy the ocean views overlooking them.

Guest(s) will use all rooms, the entire house, all of the parking spots, the drive way, the NEW ocean facing hi-deck with charcoal and gas barbeque and Gas Grill, and the NEW private access to the beach. The property is not shared with any other guest.
