Welcome to The Ashley-904! The surf is always in sight when you stay in this comfortable spacious condo!

This beautiful 9th Floor Direct Oceanfront 2BR/2BA unit is located in The Ashley Condominium with direct panoramic oceanfront views on the large relaxing balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee and watch for dolphins! Take in the breathtaking view of the ocean and sandy beach, free WiFi, the outdoor pool, exercise facility and the wonderful location.

This unit is fully equipped with everything you would need including a beautiful kitchen complete with breakfast bar, master suite with direct balcony access, guest bedroom with two full size beds with it's own full bath and more. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!

The oceanfront primary suite has amazing views from the king size bed plus a large walk in closet, TV and full bath. All bedrooms and baths are complete with linens and towels.

The Ashley is a 20 story, direct oceanfront condo with a welcoming three story lobby, three high speed elevators including a glass elevator. Resort style amenities include an oceanfront free-form swimming pool, exercise room, saunas, hot tub, game room, underground secure parking, penthouse clubroom, and 4th floor sunset deck.
The Ashley requires a 2 week minimum stay. Sorry, NO Pets Allowed! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
