Completely renovated in late 2021\. Sleeps 8 with an extra sleeper sofa in the den. Ocean views from ALL bedrooms and living room, with private balcony extending from the living room to the primary suite. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances Primary oceanfront suite has King bed and large bath with walk in shower, garden tub and his and her double vanity. Guest Suite has queen bed and private full bath. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with trundle bed,and is across from large full guest bath. Smart TVs and walk-in closets in all bedrooms. The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.
