  • Studio Unit includes an Efficiency Kitchen, table with chairs. Small "stand-up" balcony, which is private, and we provide two small stools which can be used on this small balcony. Queen Bed, Full size Sleeper Sofa, 32' HDTV, Direct TV, DVD player, dishes, glassware, cookware, flatware, utensils, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Ice maker, Electric stove top, Coffee maker, Blender, George Foreman Grill, Convection Oven, Griddle, Mixer, Iron, hair dryer, all linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boggie board.

    Resort Features:
    1 Large Oceanfront Pool, Oceanside Recliners, Indoor Pool, Indoor Jacuzzi hot tubs, Fitness Room, Fire Pit, direct Daytona Beach Access, Free WiFi available in room and throughout the property, Washer/Dryers available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

    Within walking distance of Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurants, and Shopping Center. This is on the quieter northern end of the beach and this location will be very close to any Ormond Beach location.

    RESORT MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION AND DISCLAIMER
    The resort is undergoing various improvement projects, some of these are restoration efforts from prior-year storms and impact the parking garage, the south outdoor pool and children’s pool. However, most amenities are open, including the north outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, and fitness center. However, there may be times when some amenities may be temporarily impacted or services interrupted.

    This is a private rental and we do not have any control of maintenance scheduled by the Daytona Beach Resort property management when they perform repairs and/or maintenance on resort facilities. We appreciate your understanding as the resort continues to make improvements.

We had an ocean/beach view from our balcony but the weather turned cooler than expected so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we wanted. Nice indoor pool and hot tubs. Location was on the north end of town near Ormand Beach so traffic was not bad. Restaurant and shopping is close. Communication with host was great, emails were answered quickly. We will definitely try this property first if we go back to Daytona Beach area again.

Great place, great location!

Great place to stay in Daytona! Property was clean and ready to go when we arrived early. All was as described, and well appointed including Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay!

Working with Lauren and Bert was a put joy. Very responsive to questions. The condo was wonderful and totally as described everything worked great and was in very good condition. Had everything you needed for a day at the beach some really great beach chairs boogie boards a nice beach bag even a lot of great beach toys for your littles. We are already thinking about next spring and wi for sure book again. Highly recommended A

Nice place to stay

We had a great time.The owners were wonderful! Our place was stocked with everything you could think of.We've rented different places for the past 8 years and this by far was the cleanest.We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing owners

The unit was amazing, we could tell the owners took pride in maintaining a clean condo. Everything you needed was there. To be honest all we needed to pack is a toothbrush and our clothes.

Great fully Equipped Apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The communication from the owners was excellent, and they provided clear, helpful information that made parking and check-in a breeze. The apartment is fully equipped—no, really—it has all the comforts of home and then some. The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars nearby to suit all tastes. Highly recommend.

The whole process of communicating with the host while booking, getting questions answered within an hour, etc... What my husband and I really appreciated was our flight arrived much earlier than the check in time, luckily enough after informing the Host of our flight arrival, we were able to check into the unit a few hrs earlier. The unit was super clean, excellent view from the 9th floor. To be able to cook a simple quick meal in the kitchenette saved us some money with meals. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to eat at, the convenience of the shopping plaza across the street to get groceries and other basic essentials if needed. Given the recent hurricanes, and repairs around the building, there were plenty of things to do locally. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the unit. We are definitely planning on returning in August or September. Much thanks and appreciation to Bert and Laureen.

Condo on the Beach

Although the weather didn’t cooperate…we throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised coffee was provided. There is a mall right across the street that has a Publix and many other stores and restaurants are close by. We hope, for those who live there, the remaining hurricane damages are fixed soon. It is a very lovely beach and area. We will be back to Daytona again! 🤗

Cozy room

We really enjoyed this room. The host was quick to respond when I reached out them. My favorite part of the room is how big the bathroom was. It is perfect for a family of 3-4. The host has beach chairs and umbrella available for guest to use. This was helpful when we were traveling. I did notice boogie boards and some toys as well in the closet. The balcony, does open, and we were able to watch the July 4th fireworks from our room. We loved it.

From the listing picture of the property building/grounds, it looks like there is plenty of parking. However, the adjoining parking garage is dilapidated and closed, this looks like a permanent situation. Overall, it is an aged property that was once a hotel, now converted into condos. The balcony was about 2 ft wide. The common areas are dank and dingy. Carpeting in a beach environment is subject to mold/mildew, therefore odors persist.
