Hotel need to be updated.Hot springs are fantastic, very clean and well maintained.Breakfast and dinner were amazing, great selection and staff were great.Two ladies on reception were helpful but no English speaking staff, they used phone to translate.The young fella on the reception haven’t tried to help at all when we requested help. Only problem was the transfer, They emailed us that they will pick up/ drop off our group of 6 from/ to the airport without any change but after they ignore their email and charge us $400 to the airport……

The rooms are very basic, and Japanese style. The Onsen was AMAZING - beautiful outdoor and indoor pools, and use of a sister hotel down the road. Very close to Rusutsu (45 minutes by car) ski resort, which is what we came for. The food was good, although the same thing every day and night. The staff was wonderful. We had dietary restrictions, so they brought us special platters in addition to the buffet. Everybody was so incredibly friendly. Not much to do in the town, but the hotel was so wonderful.

Simple onsen hotel
Simple, budget and old onsen hotel. The location is not easy to find. One of the road has been closed when following the GPS but luckily the GPS navigated another road to reach. The room attaches a toilet, but does not come with shower room. The shower place is in the onsen compound which means you need to shower publicly. The onsen will switch in every morning so that you can try both sides of onsen. The outdoor onsen is highly recommended. Dinner and breakfast are good and lots of varieties. The staffs are friendly, although they can only speak a little English. Overall is acceptable.

Room rate was too high
The hotel doesn’t accept our reservation in the first place. After some negotiation, the man finally check us in. The hotel is old but maintain nicely and clean. But the room rate is way too high.

お部屋はそれなりでしたが、広くて静かで、問題なし。 お風呂が綺麗でとても満足でした。 お食事も一つ一つがとても美味しかった。 ただ…卓球場の窓付近が水漏れしていて危なかったです。 何より、安くて良かったです。 また、宿泊したいです。

온천이 최고!
온천은 지금까지 경험해본 온천 중에서 최고였습니다. 방은 좀 낡고 냄새가 나서 아쉬웠어요. 저녁과 아침 뷔페는 괜찮았습니다. 전체적으로 다시 가보고 싶은 온천 료칸입니다.

とても過ごしやすい宿でした。 ただ、食事の会場が少し室温低めですかね？温泉上がりに行ったからなのか体がとても冷えてしまいました。室内も綺麗で温泉もとてもオシャレでまた行きたいと思います。

조용하게 온천을 즐길 수 있는 산장
호텔이라기보다는 다테시에 있는 오래된 산장입니다. 학생들이 단체로 MT오는 분위기였습니다. 삿포로역에서 무료 송영버스를 제공하는 것은 교통비를 아낄 수 있는 좋은 팁이었어요. 온천은 동네 목욕탕 비주얼인데, 물은 깨끗했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 대해주셨지만 복도 맨 끝방을 배정해줘서 좀 그랬어요. 대신 석식/조식 이 전반적으로 다 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비를 따지자면 좋은 곳이지만 더 좋은 온천호텔들이 많다고 생각해요~

온천은 강추 숙박은 비추
온천은 진짜 훌륭합니다. 금연룸 요청했는데 흡연룸 준건지 담배 찌든 냄새에 머리가 띵할지경이었습니다. 베란다에도 곰팡이가...ㅠㅠ 룸은 넓은데 낡았어요. 리모델링이 필요해보였습니다. 석식 조식도 쏘쏘였어요. 온천만 강추 숙박은 비추에요.

자매호텔 시설을 이용할수있음
셔틀버스로 3분거리에 있는 자매호텔의 온천시설을 이용할 수 있습니다~ 료칸자체는 조금 낡은 느낌이지만 자매호텔 온천은 좋았고 저녁밥과 조식을 뷔페식으로 주는데 만족입니다

노보리베츠에서 조금 떨어져있어 관광객보다는 일본인들이 대부분이어서 좋았구요 온천물이 너무 좋네요- 자매호텔 온천도 같이 쓸 수 있어서 너무 좋구요- 시설이 좀 낙후되고 금연,흡연실 구분이 없는지 방에서 담배냄새가 좀 났지만 전반적으로 너무 좋습니다. 석식도 좋고 조식도 좋았구요-

도야호 주변의 온천 료간식 호텔
도야호에서 30분정도 렌트카로 이동하기 편하고 산속이라 조용함. 도야호 온천들 보다 수질도 좋은것 같고 저녁부페와 아침부페도 적당함. 가격대비 우수하고 특히 다다미방이 넓어 4인 숙박 가능하며 온천은 새로 리뉴얼해서 특히 깨끗하고 좋음. 특히 단체 관광객이 많이 없어 더욱 좋음. 나이드신 직원들도 친절하고
