Lovely small boutique hotel near the quayside with friendly staff and nicely decorated.
Very busy with a coffee shop and restaurant on lower ground. Being one of the oldest buildings in the town it has low ceilings, steep stair cases, beams and wonky floors!
The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free WiFi, bottled water, tv, tea & coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and USB plug points besides the bed are included.

The room was very comfortable, the staff were excellent. We loved the ambience and the food
There was nothing we disliked except the proximity of the village church which insisted on striking every quarter hour day and night. It was an unusually warm night in October so we had the window open so I would advise using earplugs if the window is open.

Had a really lovely 3 day stay in garden room. Room was beautifully furnished, and really clean. Had own entrance that led out on to amazing, very well maintained garden. Owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great location for exploring Dartmouth and surrounding area. Will definitely be back.

Very nice property, most things required were supplied. Only disappointment was the pillows, ones supplie were old and very inferior quality plus they did not have pillow protectors on. This was the only downside

Very comfortable and clean. All equipment for all requirements, as in cooking. The view was amazing. It should be made clearer how steep the steps are up to the hall door.

We enjoyed our stay at this historic, well-equipped vacation apartment. The property had everything we needed. While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day.

Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return.

Beautiful view from the bedrooms and patio. Compact living area, comfortable for 3 of us but might be a bit tight for 4. Could do with a bigger sofa or another comfortable chair in the lounge/dining area. Basic equipment for simple cooking Some new patio seats would make outside sitting more comfortable
Lovely to have the fire to warm up by in the evening. Comfortable beds. Over bath shower.

Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area.

The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough.
House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Amazing 2nd stay. Great quiet cul-de-sac location and close to Dartmouth for exploring (is walkable if you are fit enough). Property is modern, cosy & has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Had brilliant nights sleep!
