Situated in a level position and only a short walk from Dartmouth’s town centre shops, restaurants and quays, this spacious Georgian house provides quality family accommodation. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and has a lovely enclosed patio and lawned garden with the added benefit of garage parking for two cars.
