A perfect retreat for two couples in the heart of Dartmouth, with fantastic views over the River Dart and quay.. All on the Third Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Rooftop terrace with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 cars. No smoking. VisitEngland 4 Star. Please note: No children under 10 years old.. A beautifully presented two bedroom, two bathroom, penthouse apartment with stunning River Dart and Britannia Royal Naval College views. It has the benefit of allocated parking for one medium car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note: The lift at the property is currently out of use.

Please note: parking is not available at present as gas mains are being installed in the road leading to the carpark. This is due to continue until the 23rd December 2025.

Owner is happy for guests to park in the main carpark nearby and keep their receipts and she will refund the guests when they have emailed them to Devon-office@cottages.com.
