Nice place but needs a little TLC and cleaning. Queen beds are in serious need of repair. One especially. Overall everything was good though.

Floors were not cleaned. A pony tail holder was found the master bedroom mattress indicating that the sheets were not washed. The shower head fell off when one of us tried to adjust it. The extra room pull out couches were extremely dirty. The kitchen table chairs had nails sticking out and felt unsturdy.

The location was great for our plans in the area. It is close to grocery stores, shopping, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Our plans changed, so there was only three of us staying at the house. Given the layout we think it would be very crowded if all 4 rooms were being used especially given the fourth room access is via the upstairs master bedroom. The kitchen and dining room is great for a larger group. Our host was responsive however discounted our comments on the cleanliness issues we identified when arriving. He offered to correct however we couldn’t fit it into our schedule.
