The room served its purpose. The room (and the entire place) is outdated. Our bathroom door wouldn't close. The room wasn't aesthetically pleasing to look at. When we checked in, there was a flickering light that we could see. No one was in a rush to repair it.

The hotel is outdated. All the facilities and supplies are very old, cracks on the wall, and even the bedsheets and towels are old with some stains. We just stayed one night. The mattress is very soft, and the AC was loud. Complimentary breakfast only provided with sliced bread, tea/coffee/milk. We were assigned to a non-smoking room but clearly there was strong smoking odor. Overall, it's not maintained well and really didn't meet the bare minimum requirements of a hotel.

lovely hotel and great front desk employee plan to stay more only sad there was never any coffee after I got my first cup when I checked in and it tasted pretty old granted I did check in around 8pm stayed for two days though besides that I do love this hotel it’s comfortable nice big beds

Good price and pretty quiet

Very decent stay for the price. Sheets and blankets were clean. The Italian place inside has amazing pizza! The breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of coffee on Sunday morning and never refilled it.

This is the kind of hotel you check in, bolt the door, move a piece of furniture to further secure the door, don't touch anything and hope you are not murdered in the night. This place should be investigated by the police because I am certain there is illegal activity going on that is NOT family friendly. We checked in late around midnight following a college graduation. Neither elevators were working, the desk clerk went up the stairs and came down the elevator with a very "guilty" looking man who ran out the door. The room was GROSS, the overhead light only strobed, the TV did not work, everything was coated with nicotine despite being a non-smoking hotel, the hot water as luke warm at best, the bathroom fixtures were all loose, the towels were probably 30 yeas old, the bed covering was more like a table cloth. We could hear fighting on the street below and random people walking the hallways all night long knocking on doors. Expedia should end their relationship with this place. Innocent travelers should not be subjected to this hotel. Whatever income they receive, it is obvious no money goes into the upkeep of the facility. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is old, appears to be in process of rennovation. Our room was recently painted, and everything worked. One elevator of two worked. The elevator was fast, so waiting was not a problem. I did not try the gym, and the pool was closed (winter time, outdoor pool.) It was a very good value, staff is attentive, so I stayed there twice.

One elevator out of service since August per sign on the elevator. Breakfast only adequate. Milk was a communal gallon in tge fridge. Nope, not using milk everyone else can use. Ceiling vent 8n barhroom did not have a cover and was just a hole and LOUD. Cant add the photo of it
