Great place, clean and friendly staff

Great stay at the courtyard in vienna. Hotel is a little out from the city centre but this was no problem as the city is big and you’ll need to use public transport if you want to see all the sights anyway. Very well equipped gym, much better than standard hotel gyms. Room was large, clean and had everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our stay. Lucas and the other staff were very friendly and even changed our rooms on request without any issues. Room was spacious, and had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen to cook meals if wanted. We decided to try the breakfast out on the last day and it was delicious, I’m from Rio but live in London and it was great to eat some food from home! Would definitely stay there again! I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. They kindly offered us two adjacent rooms as requested and accommodated a late checkout at a reasonable price. A particularly thoughtful touch was the fruit tray they provided for my birthday. We will certainly book again—everything was really appreciated.

I enjoyed every bit of our stay, beginning with the really helpful and cheerful receptionist. Hope to book Novotel next time I am in Austria.

Well equipped and clean facility, the room was also beautifully decorated, the couch and desk on the side was perfect for other guests to visit and do some work. Lovely Rio theme and good vibes across the whole hotel!

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location for transport links and easy to reach from the airport. Staff were all very pleasant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet very good, I would definately stay here again .

Good location close to metro, checking in very quick and easy, quiet location. Would have preferred fridge or mini bar in room.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I could have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a member of the team, informed about the breakfast timings, a brief overview of the area with local transport etc. During my stay I also turned 24 and at breakfast the following morning I was given a very thoughtful birthday note and a pot of homemade marmalade made by the hotel, which was completely unexpected and made me slightly teary. Great, reasonably priced (for Vienna) hotel. We arrived at 10pm so the McDonalds just round the corner was a godsend. Nearby tram stop takes you to the centre of Vienna in 10 minutes (11 stops) for €2.60. Room was great. Had a balcony which was very good for smokers. Would definitely visit again.
