"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. "It was very nice stay, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us."

"Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."

"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."
