The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Gaia Made It Unforgettable! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location could not have been better for getting around. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with fantastic local recommendations. A very special mention goes to Gaia, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, and we cannot thank her enough for all her help and genuine hospitality. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel! The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. The room was enough for me (a solo traveler), but would have been fine for a couple as well. (I got a room with a balcony!) The bathroom was small but with a hot shower with strong water pressure. The morning buffet was excellent as well. Lastly, great location near the Cavour metro stop and the Coliseum. Highly recommend!
