"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. "Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us."

"Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."
