Wow! What an awesome experience. The location was excellent for our short trip. Our room was perfect and had a nice little porch. We enjoyed the spa very much, and we were grateful to make a last minute massage appointment. I am already planning my next trip back, but I want to stay longer next time!

The hotel is in an excellent area near the 2 castles. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only reason a few 4 star comments is our door to the patio off our room was broken and would fall inward, when we closed it and locked it, it would stay closed just wasn't able to walk outside. The food was good at the restaurants just wish they would have been open past 8:30pm. Also wish the pool area would be open past 8:00 pm. Other than that the hotel was great.

Beautiful hotel and good location. My only issue is that they didn’t have a little shuttle from the hotel to the bus loop that goes to Fussen. It was hard to roll our luggage that far (even a golf cart would have been helpful).
