"The building and the bedroom were fine. The refrigerator did not work. The water pressure was extremely low in the bathroom. The shower did not have enough pressure to change over from the tub. All the concerns are fixable, and we would be happy to stay at your establishment again. We would recommend your business to family and friends."

"The room are a very nice size. I traveled with my sons who are preteens and we had enough room not to feel like we were on top of each other. A bit of a let down was the laundry sheets had hair on them. We got new sheets to change the bed and set up the sofa only for two more rounds to have hair. That was a hummer. Also, the pool was ice cold for two days. Many family abandoned swimming and we had to as well for fear of getting to cold. We let the staff know but it took two days for someone to get the heater activator. Other than that, the staff was nice with the breakfast hours and answering questions, they were even nice about alerting someone to heat the pool. It just took two days. We had small weevils near the tub. Harmless, so we were cool. After the first day we did not see them. I would stay there again actually. It’s near a lot of food places and the trolley system. Breakfast is waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy and things like that. Also fruit and yogurt. Having two flavors for the waffles was a nice touch. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day. Friendly staff was such a treat that we forgave the cold pool, however, wanted to let future travelers know to inquire about it being heated."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the main shopping strip area. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Marsha was very helpful during my stay. The negatives that I read are true. Slow elevators, and the parking area has narrow spots. That wasn’t a big deal. The beds are fair and I brought my own pillow. The pool area and jacuzzi are so relaxing and amazing. I didn’t use the gym but it did look small. I would stay here again. It was affordable and nice stay overall."
