Great small hotel. Lovely room though curtains do not black out room. Hotel staff seemed excellent- staff in Leonie a bit mixed - mean well but not used to UK guests. Would return happily.

Funky hotel and loved the vibe. Great food and drinks.

Being Ritz one expects excellent service, but the friendliness and going out of the way to accommodate a client, does come as a bonus! Well done Dallas team, could not be more impressed from the Reception, Concierge, Restaurant to the Spa. What a lovely start of the Year! Thank you 🙏

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very peaceful, comfortable and convenient.

Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas!

Very clean, room lovely and spacious we stayed in the king parlor. Valet staff outside were really friendly and helpful made use of their free shuttle transport. What I didn’t like was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Also the coffee in corridor a hassle if you didn’t want to have to get dressed to just get a coffee first thing . Housekeeping was so late in afternoon always seemed to be just as we got back from the day and wanted to just rest up before getting ready for the evening....

Great downtown location and great restaurants!

Our stay was very good especially food and ambience.

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was cold but nice (sun went about 3pm but could enjoy the sun before then). Limited equipment in the gym but enough to do a basic workout. Everywhere was very clean and enough of a variety at breakfast (even for me as a fussy vegetarian). It was actually a very nice breakfast. The hotel was a bit out of the way. Luckily we had a car but it wasn’t in walking distance to anything other than the two restaurants next to...
