The staff made our stay very nice from beginning to end. The hotel feels very private in a big city. Fitness Center was nice. Breakfast was very good. Valet service quick. Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October.
