This place was such a wonderful place to stay. I was very surprised with all the amenities this place offered. Lovely home and just a plenty of room for the family.

I have stayed in many rentals in many cities and always try to be reasonable in my reviews. Unfortunately this home has a ton of potential but communication and little details were lacking. If you’re looking for a good price in a safe neighborhood you’re set. If you want more than 4 towels, no washcloths, 3 bowls, 3 spoons, 1 cup (besides mugs), and no regular sized plates for 7 humans and 2 nights stay, this is not the house for you.I had to reach out myself for check-in instructions and door code and had to reach out twice after not getting any response. Still have never received checkout instructions. Messaged about the AC not cooling effectively and got no response. Messaged about the lack of towels and washcloths and was told they were there, and when I said they were not, never got a response back. There is a pool on the property and it is not listed. Luckily my youngest is 5 and can swim, but that needs to be listed so people can make an educated choice. Again, lots of potential in this remodeled home, but it’s currently bare bones and communication will always be a non-negotiable for me.
