It was my 1st time doing VRBO, so wasn't familiar with check in process. How to get the actual key could be clearer, was a bit confusing. But host was very accommodating & answered questions quickly. Apt was nice, just as add showed.

Dallas Stay

Positives: Had trouble getting into garage, however called Host who responded right away. Quiet apartment. Host was generous to provide us with her resident parking pass making it easy to come and go without worrying about parking. Coffee pot with coffee and creamer always a plus for me who loves coffee! Recommendation to Host: The apartment needs some TLC. Bare minimum is how I would describe apartment. There are no dressers, no end table in the bedroom (had to use bar stool for an end table), very little silverware. Apartment could use some artwork on the walls to make it feel like a home. Towels are threadbare. If you want a pillow you need to bring your own. Walls are dirty. Daughter found garbage under bed. Carpets felt dirty. This is a great little apartment, good location but needs TLC.

Good size property but some shortcomings

Host did not read repeated e-mail requests for essential check in information. No information of any kind in property. Property has large bedrooms, baths, closets and laundry room. Furnishing is minimal with no bedside stands, lamps, chests, shelves or wall accessories - has a stark feeling. Parking can be a challenge. Host does not have a garage space.
