This hotel was awful! I had to get something quick for my daughter and it was a scary experience. Very Smokey, Dirty and felt unsafe… There was a cop there and he even said it was u safe there!

We have problems as soon as we got their key was not working they didn't fix the key till midnight, bed was on floor, mattress were terrible and felt broken, their was hair all over shower.

DO NOT stay here. The condition of this place is absolutely sickening. They should be ashamed that they operate in such a manor. I understand that it’s a low budget motel but it was overpriced and just nasty. Nonsmoking room that reeked like cigarettes (someone had put a bag over the smoke director). Mirror was broken, toilet wouldn’t flush. Bed had cigarette burns all over it. Stained up sheets. Had a fridge but it’s not even operable. Opened it and nearly threw up from the smell. Shameful they are aloud to stay open.

This place was disgusting outside. Then required the $20 deposit in cash which you got back when you turned key in at front desk. We went to our 2 rooms and they smelt like marijuana so bad you couldn’t even take a breath. AWFUL!!

Disgusting smell and unsafe! Drug deals went on and a fellow lingering person that came from an upper level room approached us with a bar while we were in the car in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, WORST PLACE ARLINGTON!
This place is absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here, if you’re going to a Game or 6 Flags stay somewhere else in Arlington or a city nearby, you’ll thank me. The customer service was terrible and the guy working reception was rude and required a $20.00 CASH deposit for room keys. No receipt or any other payment just cash. Then when we checked into the room it was pitch black and the room itself did not look the way it was advertised it looked like the furniture was pick out of the garbage and put in the room. The door itself looked like it’s been rammed like someone was trying to break in before and the window didn’t match the others, which lead us to think this room has been broken into before. There was stains all over the sheets, the pillows were as thin as paper, the bathroom fan looked like it hasn’t been clean in 20 years, they replaced the bathroom door with a very dirty outside type door, and the bathroom light was busted. The only lamp for the room which was the only light source besides the bathroom light was wore out and dirty from grime. This was all discovered within 1st 10 minutes of the stay and inspecting the room. Then someone who also stayed at the motel came to us while we were outside and said she had been robbed the night prior! At that point, we decided to leave and when I went to the guy at reception, he had zero remorse AND SMIRKED with a laugh. There were many other issues, but review space is limited. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Unfortunately this was by far not the best experience I had staying at this place. The pictures on the website are nothing at all what the property really looks like. It was also not a convenient place as we thought it was to get to the AT&T stadium. It was not worth what we paid for a 1 night stay. There was only 1 towel in a double bed room. There was also a whole in the bathroom door like someone kicked it or punched it. There was no coffee maker in the room. The fridge in the room was really old and had lots of stains in it. I would not recommend this place or do I plan on returning back to it.

For it being a Wyndham property, the place was run down and trashy. Opened the curtain, on the window ledge there was the shape of a male part carved into it. The bathroom door knob was broke and it wouldn’t latch so we had to hold the door shut. The faucet piece was not secured on the sink, the bathroom mirror was broken, the front door had dents in it, the fridge didn’t work properly, beds were terribly hard. While it half way did the job it definitely wasn’t worth 185 bucks. It also seemed as if ppl lived there. A car was sitting there on a jack stand. They definitely need to forward this to those who are in charge of cleaning it up and fixing it and making it nicer Positive note: the staff was nice

People riding around on bicycles aimlessly that were knocking on some motel room doors. Especially at night. Very expensive room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being “non-smoking”. Front desk required $20 cash deposit on top of credit card payment for room. Smoke detector in our room was totally melted & absent. I would not stay here again. Next time, I’ll try a Motel 6. I recommend that Expedia does not list this motel anymore.

first thing when you get too the motel they ask for a 20 doller deposit for the room key then when you go back to ask for toilet paper and extra towels they tell you that they dont have acccess too them until a certain time. then the homeless or riftraft that stay in the parking lot is not a good look either and alos the pool was closed my whole visit i think it was actually filled in

The room I was in did not have a working heating unit. It was under 60 degrees last night and I couldn’t keep warm. I let the front desk know which he told me a repair man was coming 3 different times and never showed up. Will not stay there again.

Didn’t stay. Lock didn’t work, tv didn’t work (at least the remote didn’t. Toilet. Didn’t. Work, they still had a drain snake by the door. The manager wanted a $20 cash deposit, which he waived because we didn’t have cash on us at the moment (seems odd to need a cash deposit). I don’t think we will get a refund since we didn’t stay, but this was the worst experience ever. The pool was even covered in brick. I think the only thing that was advertised correctly on Expedia is that it was a super 8 motel.
