This was a good transit point for a larger and more complex stay in the area. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. It came with a full kitchen so extended stays would have been manageable. The staff was friendly and informative and when my plans changed unexpectedly they helped me meet my new needs. I would gladly stay here again.

A infestation of roaches on headboard, bathroom, walls, doors, everywhere. Room air quality was super stuffy, comforter was bumpy and icky feeling. Was switched to a different room with roaches present as well. Property is very poorly kept.

COCKROACHES!! RUN RUN RUN
As soon as we walked in the room we were greeted by several cockroaches covering the kitchen floor. We had to sleep with all the lights on so the bugs wouldn't come back out. We will definitely not stay at this location again.

Motel 6 is right beside it and it is very confusing. Studio 6 is on stemmons right past the motel 6. Anyway the hotel is fine if you feel safe in dangerous areas, but don't suggest for family.

OK, bad location
Stay was comfortable enough - room was tiny but modern and clean, and with a full kitchen (though no dishes or cutlery). Saw a couple cockroaches during my stay, and my key card de-magnetized each day, but staff were very quick to fix the key card (though I would've been much more annoyed if my room was a decent walk from the office). There are questionable characters who loiter just outside of the gates of the property, and though I never felt unsafe, its not ideal.

The first room we went into smelled like pot. The second room still did but not quite as bad. The bedspread was stained. Room was dirty. When I checked in around 7 the first night, there were men checking out

I never had a tv that worked. The office guy never went to check it out like he had said he would. Just horrible customer service. They make you feel unwelcomed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!
I am a Uber & Lyft driver in Tyler Tx. When I have a 2 hour trip from Tyler to DFW I stay in Dallas over night so I can do some runs at DFW AND Love Field. I have stayed at several inexpensive hotels and always found something that would disappoint me. NOT HERE!!! My stay was extremely perfect. Room was clean and comfortable, no odd smells (it was a smoking room) no bugs, bed AND PILLOWS were comfortable. I slept amazingly. Thank you for the great stay. Next time I will add pictures..

There was nothing to like. There were roaches in the fridge & all over the sink where we kept our toothbrushes. The smoke detector & other vents were dangling from the roof & lastly the worse part, the AC was on a timer, where it was turning off every 5 minutes to conserve energy im assuming but it would remain off for a long time, getting really hot in this Houston summer heat. We cancelled our second night & had to move to another hotel.

Safe place to stay with quality service
Well, Place is very quiet and in safe neighborhood. Service was up to the standard. I saw few roaches in the room, that was my only concern. But, room inside was clean.

The placed had a heavy smoke smell, sheets were not cleaned properly, towels were dirty, found cockroaches in the room. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but a cheap stay, regardless cleanliness is the least you should get. When asked for a refund or some sort of compensation at check out. They said they would speak to the manager to send a refund, of course that refund never came.

Clean room. Quiet. Very hot water in shower. Room key worked after 7 or more tries. Had to get a new room key. Only thing is that they left the gathered trash in the walking path instead of taking it to the dumpster.
