The hallways and garage were the problem. The hallways and doors looked like some kind of old army barracks. There was the stomach of marijuana all in the hallways. I didn’t feel safe and it was the middle of the day when we arrived. It said pool view on the listing. It was a yard. No pool. The pictures were all of this fancy lobbies and a resort pool. I can’t imagine that would have been on this property. The apartment was fairly clean. However, we did see a hair on the bed and hair in the bathtub. We called and did have this reservation cancelled. Customer service was good and handled the situation well.
