    Enjoy a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom condo on historic Swiss Avenue with a plush king bed, premium linens, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, 65” Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer/dryer. Guests also receive access to our off-site Gaston Wellness Retreat, about 5 minutes away, with a pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, co-working lounge, and margarita machine. The jacuzzi/hot tub is currently unavailable for the season.

    Our team is available by phone, text, or through the booking platform if you need assistance during your stay. For in-person assistance, our Leasing Office is available from 9 AM–6 PM.

    Located on historic Swiss Avenue in Dallas, with convenient access to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, Uptown, and Knox-Henderson. These areas are generally less than 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. Buckner Park is about a 10-minute walk away, with local dining, cafés, and entertainment nearby.
