This is a beautiful and very clean property. Check in was easy. House has everything needed to stay there. The pool table is the only thing that was not working.

What a great property to get three families together for a reunion. There was plenty of space in and out of the house. Everyone was comfortable and entertained. It was a great vacation to feel away from it all while knowing anything you needed was within a 10 minute drive. We were traveling from out of state to visit local family and choose this property and it worked perfectly. The property is clean and well maintained and the host has excellent and timely communication. We would definitely book this property again.

Perfect place for a family gathering!

We loved our stay at Serene Ranch, the property was absolutely beautiful. There was tons of space with a lot to do. We will definitely be renting this place out again!

Absolutely perfect

This home is beautiful and we were beyond impressed with the amount of space and area that this property is on. So much that the home offers from swimming to relaxing by the fire pit to shooting pool and playing darts. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome Stay

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The accommodation was spotless, with a great ambiance and excellent amenities that made the stay incredibly comfortable. Amazing Property

We recently had a small group of family and friends stay at this property and it was absolutely amazing! One of the best rental experiences we have had. There was so much space and room to relax and enjoy. We didn't have any children but I can see it being an exceptional place for them as well since there was so much room to explore. Absolutely loved it and would definitely book again if we are in the area!

The property was perfect for our family bday gathering. We had 5 families We enjoyed the pool, the great kitchen and the other accommodations. The house is so spacious and there are so many games and activities, something for everyone(swimming pool, foosball, billiards, ping pong, pickleball, etc). The host has thought of and included a lot in the house. They were responsive to any inquiry. We highly recommend this property. We wish we had more days off to enjoy it.

Nice property

The property is amazing. Lots of room and things to do. But don’t plan on using the unlevel pool table. All the balls roll to one side. This would be a great place to hang out in the summer with teenagers. We basically just slept here.

Family gathering

We came to Texas for a graduation and celebrated our daughters birthday at this home. It was big enough for all 9 of us that stayed in the home and the 6-11 others that lived in the area to join the gathering. The kids spent a good portion of time in the pool and enjoying the games. The only very minor issue we had they were quick to respond too. We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed. So grateful we found this property. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Son’s Wedding

The property was bigger than we thought. With the games and TV, the kids were interested. Even the older ones played pool. The plans changed due to the rain, so we had probably 10-12 cars and around 25 bridesmaids/groomsmen and family members who came. Plenty of room!Nice place!

After-Christmas Getaway

Came with my family of 5 from Houston, TX. Easy check-in. Beautiful property and very spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking implements. A few of the arcade games were broken. Consider bring ing RV toilet paper that dissolves quickly, as it is requested to not flush toilet paper. We would gladly come back to stay during the sunny months.

Wedding weekend

We absolutely loved this place. An older home but It had the perfect space for a brief wedding rehearsal and dinner. The kitchen was so well laid out. There was plenty of seating. The bed situation wasn’t ideal for our group-we had 2 that needed to sleep on the couch but air mattresses were available if we needed them. We were very close to our wedding venue and local Stores. The gate caused us some issues leaving the property at times. Overall it was exactly what we needed!

Post-Graduate Party

This location was great for a large gathering for such special occasions. Plenty of seating for a meal and large enough space if weather keeps you indoors. However the pool table was not level and we could not play a game. Both grills propane tanks were empty. Luckily, we had a back up plan. Overall the stay was a success and exactly what we needed for a group of 30. The beds were firm and comfortable with great pillows.There were plenty of kitchen items to use, the only thing we could not find were sheet pans for baking cookies. However, there is a Walmart 3 miles away so you can grab anything you need.Host was very attentive to our needs.

Everything I needed for a Birthday Party/Dinner

I selected this location for it's large formal dining room and big kitchen. The property certainly came through in that respect. Plenty of parking, the kitchen and dining area are spacious and lovely, and the game room was great for an after meal drink and chat. There were some small "fit and finish" issues like the towel rack in one bathroom coming loose. The shower in one bathroom was a bit cramped and had an odd drain. Also, the pool table was noticeably biased and not level. However, these issues were barely noticeable at all (unless you're very into billiards). Long story short, the location was wonderful for my party and I would recommend it to others looking for a similar experience.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious place to enjoy with family with everything one could ask for including games and pool! I would suggest to bring some pillows if bringing a large group but otherwise there was everything provided for... plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cups, towels, etc. There are only 2 bathrooms so be prepared to share! We thoroughly enjoyed the suave and was close to McKinney and Dallas.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was perfect for our group, and everyone really enjoyed their time here. The outdoor space and overall atmosphere made the stay even more special.One thing worth mentioning is that the property looks even better in person than in the photos. The pictures truly don’t do it full justice.The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future!
