Property is really good and very close to Ginza. Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Lots of places to eat with a great variety. Property looks bigger in picture than in reality. A/c keeps turning off in the middle of the night. Very clean property and kids friendly. Highly recommended.

For a family of 6, room was very spacious. Room layout was also nice and well kept. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Location is very convenient for access to transportation, food and shopping!
