I really loved this hotel. The property and the street were perfectly clean, the room was spacious and had a very nice view, and the pool was good and always empty. The location is excellent, as it’s close to the beach and to the best bakery shop I’ve seen in Vietnam. Housekeeping was consistent, my bed was always made and towels were changed regularly. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the level of attention at the reception.

Amazing! Best hotel in Da Nang

This was an amazing stay! We stayed here for 3 and a half weeks, the room was lovely and the reception team were always really helpful, thank you Thao Ny Tam Man Hoang! We would definitely recommend this to everyone and anyone. The pool is amazing too!

The apartment we booked was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The area was quite and there are two coffee shops across the street. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach where there are lots of restaurants. All up a great place to stay

Great location in a fairly quiet part of town which is walking distance to both the beach and dragon bridge and the night market nearby. Apartment is large and clean with great amenities. Staff are efficient and very helpful. I would recommend highly.

1) Eateries, stores, Son Tra and My Khe are within walking distance. 2) The pool can use a little filtering to keep water clear every other day or so. It is refreshing to be able to use it in warm weather, though.

The property is new and the staff is polite and extremely helpful. They made good recommendations on restaurants and entertainment. The only complaint is the bathroom shower door, water leaks out after shower, otherwise, we really really enjoyed the two bedroom apartment . Spacious, clean the supplies are plenty. One surprise is the kareoke noise from across the street is very loud, but luckily they ended their singing around 9 pm. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. And thank you!!

We rented one of the 2 apartments next to the 8(ish) stories building. The space was cool and useable. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. There was no couch to relax on and the seats quickly became uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. We loved the space because of the relatively quiet street, beautiful design/decor, and proximity to the great little coffee shop downstairs. Overall, we would recommend this space to a family (2 bedrooms with queen (or larger) beds or 2 couples.

Terrible Bathroom

All staff are super helpful and polite, however, the towels provided and the bedding look a bit dirty (they’re not white but grey) so we didn’t use it. There are lots of stains on the seat cushions of the two chairs so we didn’t use it either. The bathroom was terrible. First, the shower curtain got all mouldy. Second, the water just wouldn’t drain out throughout the whole showering process. We reported it to the staff on the first night and the staff immediately sent a technician to fix it the next morning. Yet, the same thing happened on the second night so I asked for a change of room but the staff insisted to send the technician again the next day and said bookings are full. They sent me a video to show the drainage system functioned properly after the repair. Sadly, the very same thing happened on the third night (In fact, it got worse) and I didn’t report it again because the only solution was to arrange a new room. I checked on Agoda and it showed that different kinds of rooms were still available for the next few days, I couldn’t understand why we were not arranged to stay in another room and let us suffer for four nights. A kindergarten was right in front of the hotel so it got quite noisy in the morning. And you could hear clearly whoever walked past your room.

Sky view room we booked was unavailable so was the pool Unclean very small corridors & manager tried charging us for days after we left Stopped 1 night only & found superior accommodation elsewhere for same price Receptionist nice though I wouldn’t recommend The view was awful also
