Big hotel and staffs get annoyed when they speak to you in English but you couldn’t understand. The breakfast was so over packed with hundreds of convention guests while i stayed. Hotel did not have enough staff to support the flow. Walking to the pool was pleasant with its foliage. Pool was nice and decent size. Also sitting next to the beach. Finally, The only beach bar opens at night but lack of vibe or guests. No music and food wasn’t impressive.

We stayed in the 3 bed beachside villa with private pool and it was worth every penny. Had a great time with wonderful facilities and great service. The only thing is the photos are not accurate-there is no stove to cook on, however room service and restaurants on site are great. Definitely come here again.

Terrible experience at this resort. I gave my feedback to a staff member, Nicolas, who was 1 of 3 employees that was friendly and helpful. A guest should never call the reception desk multiple times without getting a hold of someone. I mean, what if it was a medical emergency?? They simply just don’t care here. Mold is another topic in their dining room ceiling and my sisters hotel room when they checked in the first day. House keeping barely cleans and trash/room service is never picked up even when left outside. Reception and dining staff are not friendly whatsoever. This was probably the worst hotel or resort that I have ever stayed at. I couldn’t wait for the 8th day to check out and I felt this on day 1.

To say the large size of the hotel, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful friendly and courteous, everyone of them. The food in the hotel was far beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Koi resort, and when im next in vietnam i will be staying here without a doubt.

Fantastic room, hotel, staff and service. Only 2 small issues which we mentioned to the team - waterfall shower head needed descaling and a la carte evening menu was not to their normal standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time. Also the breakfast was awesome.

This was the worst stay i had in all of vietnam. Upon arrival i was let down to find out the the pool closes at 7 pm which is so inconvenient because we went to the resort for the pool. secondly the pool area is so small, there were only like 15 loungers available out of the whole giant resort. the swim up bar was stupid and they expected you to bring your cash through the pool instead of just charging it to our room. anyways first day there i come home from dinner and there’s a huge COCKROACH in our room and i was not having it i immediately packed up all my stuff and demanded either a refund or a different room. it wasn’t until midnight that they got up a different room. the breakfast was decent. but i hated this hotel i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to go on vacation and relax because everyone lets their kids run around crazy and loud. worst resort i’ve ever been to. the laundry was super expensive too it was $30 for ONE load of laundry. i truly hated it there

Absolutely gorgeous resort with top end staff and premises!! This place is just beautiful- even the breakfast/dining room is beautiful. Miss Ba Nguyen was our Host on arrival and she was superb. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The inclusive buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The pool area and bar is gorgeous and the beach is untouched and goes for miles in both directions. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
