"The property was quite new but the rooms were not particularly clean. The staff spoke little English and the breakfasts were not accommodating for westerners tourists. The coffee shop, bar and restaurant were closed as it was the TET holiday, however, this was not advised prior to booking. Good location for the beach but not much else in immediate area. Overall was quite disappointing."
