The property is under construction, so half of the hotel is dark. So the unoccupied portion, is a bit eerie and full of pigeons. The hotel rooms are on the smaller size. All that said, the place was nice, the location was super great, the staff helpful, the breakfast decent and all in all it was a good place to stay for 13 nights. Thanks holiday beach Danang for a good time.

All staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Pool area is very nice. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Beach right across the street with hotel food/drinks service is a bonus! Many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a bit different from how it’s advertised but our room was really good with amazing views! The breakfast is average and the pool area is average, however the beach is just across the road and is amazing! The location of the hotel is really good. Be careful not to stain/mark/break anything as you will get charged. Overall the hotel was what we needed but we would stay in another hotel next time with a bit more luxury.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff all very friendly. Room stayed cool. Beware of taking from the mini bar/snacks, we were dismayed upon checkout by how expensive it was. Access to beach is just across the boulevard (no hotels are beachfront unless you go further South). Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Pool area is very nice, although a bit of noise from the street.

5 stars for the staff and thanks to Reception - Kim, Chi, Ny, the bellman Hien, and FB: Vien, just to name a few. They were so knowledgeable, kind, generous, caring and helpful. They made our 3 week stay the best ever! We will now only stay here all because the staff are outstanding and made us feel like family! Well rounded breakfast fare and lovely quiet rooms. The absolute best experience.

We had a weekday at the Danang Beach Hotel. We got upgraded to another room which was wonderful, a beautiful sea view and over the pool. The reception staff and door man was very friendly and helpful especially (Quyen and Kiet) the free ride to the airport was a great service

Easy to be misled – not the hotel it appears to be From the outside, this looks like a large luxury hotel, but only the left-hand section is in use. The much larger part appears abandoned and deteriorating, with visible cracks and dismantling work. We were concerned that parts of the facade could eventually fall towards the pool or outdoor areas. There are very few sunbeds and beach beds, and guests get little priority. On 8 of our 10 days, no towels were available around 11:00–12:00, and we were told to wait until 14:00. Service at the pool and beach was disappointing. Many waiters spoke little English, did not know the menu and were hard to get the attention of. Even simple orders required several attempts, and beer was rarely cold. A few staff members were attentive and helpful. The evening beach music was extremely loud, with heavy bass until 23:00. We could hear and feel vibrations in our room, so earplugs may be necessary. Our large panoramic ocean-view room was excellent, with good cleaning and a strong sense of security. The pool and bar area were pleasant, although they received limited sun. The breakfast, dinner and reception areas felt outdated and did not resemble a luxury hotel. Staff were polite, but communication was often difficult. A newly opened restaurant next door was fantastic. Next time, we would choose another hotel, probably further north along the beach. I hope the owners address these issues, as several improvements would be easy to make.

Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang, is located in a good location. Not a far drive from the main shopping area, it also has stores, shops and massage parlor within walking distance. Its Across the street from the beach, the hotel has a section for their guests to use. Theres an underground subway or tunnel to go to the beach if you are uncomfortable crossing the roads. The hotel offers snack/tea time in the late afternoon. The pool is spacious and was opened. However the hotel looks like its not fully completed. Overall, the hotel is clean, convenient and cozy . I would stay at the hotel again when i come back to Da Nang.

The hotel itself is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - right opposite My Khee beach. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. We only had one issue with the room on the first night and it was sorted straight away. BUT if you want a rest and relaxation holiday this isn’t the place. The pool is lovely but it is at the front of the hotel, right next to main road (imagine traffic and horns etc). There is currently construction happening next door, which continues until late at night, hallway noise can be loud and echoey. And the clubbing noise from across the road felt like it was in our room! So if you want a budget friendly, great location and great staffed hotel this is an ok pick.
