We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and ended up extending our visit because we enjoyed it so much. The hotel is excellent, with friendly, professional staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is also ideal — very close to the old town and easy to walk everywhere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff were all so amazing - very helpful and anticipatory of our needs. We were a group of 25 for a teambuilding activity and they facilitated our check in so smoothly as well as the rest of our stay till check-out. Chloe, the manager, did an excellent job in managing our stay from briefing us about what we needed to know upon checkout and what we may need in Joi An as well as other trhings throughout our stay. We recommend this hotel to work teams who want to bond well.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at Stayed 6 nights here found the facilities fantastic by every measurement fantastic Superb pool area scrumptious breakfast and wonderfully located While all these aspects are great it is the staff that set it apart Chloe Rachel and Alice made the stay so memorable. They are both delightful, helpful and area knowledgeable. This puts this property as 5 star If I could give 6 stars I would Pete Evans

Here’s another version with that added in naturally: Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, just a short and easy walk to the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless — very clean, dry, fresh, and crisp — which made it especially comfortable to come back to after a day out exploring. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available so it never felt crowded. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for a few extra nights. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

This hotel was amazing, from the initial greeting from the reception staff Chloe and Hanna we knew it was going to be a great stay they were incredible. The rooms were amazing and the location is prime only 10 minute walk into the city centre. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Hoi An.

Staff welcoming and helpful. Room and bed comfortable. Pool good, massages in spa recommended. Roof top bar handy and "cosmopolitan" cocktail well made. Happy hour 4 to 7 as well. Only slight down side is breakfast bar is average, eg sliced bread quality poor, bacon taste not good - also needs to be crispier, overall selection can be less items but better quality, in the end we went out for breakfast, say lilly's close by or in town.
