The host was a great help with my questions as it was my first visit to Hoi An. It’s in a quiet area of town so that it’s quiet at night, yet a 5 minute ride to the center of town for a dollar by Grab app. Also I really like the town for food options and friendly locals. Look forward to visiting again next summer. Also I had food delivered with Grab food. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the mostly private balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the lovely gardens. Tracy and Cherry were very efficient and made good recommendations about places to eat and shop. A very comfortable ambience in this family run operation. Although the location is a bit removed from the Ancient Town tourist area, we seniors managed to walk it and when we didn't feel like walking, a taxi was readily available and inexpensive.
