This place is amazing, lovely accomadation, beautiful owners nothing was too much trouble.Excellent value for money. They even helped our friends book another hotel near beach. I would def stay here again just a short ride into town. Highly recommend. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

조용하고 아담하고 깨끗한 숙소

사장님 친절하시고 픽업부터 환전까지 다 가능해서 좋았습니다. 규모가 크지 않아서 관리도 잘 되는 듯 했구요. 호텔과는 다른 매력이 있는 곳이었고 개인적으로는 호텔보다 마음에 들었습니다. 또 가고싶네요.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We actually when to Rice river villa as the Green world villa was under renovation. But it’s managed by the same people and they were the one redirecting us to that villa. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious the only thing is that there’s no sound proofing and the walls are very fine so you can here everything ( people talking downstairs, the doors closing, people going up and down the stairs and also sometimes the karaoke singer across the road). The plus side is the free push bikes as the villa is approx. 3kms away from Hoi An old town. The swimming pool (nice and clean).

The lady who will welcome you is in one way nice she is trying to help you to make the most out of your time in Hoi An but on the other side she takes to long to explain this... and then it’s alth because she is trying to sell you stuff so that she can make more money. Pictures are well done because rooms looks bigger as in the reality. Hotel was new but is not anymore in my room there was issue with water an the wall...

My partner and I had a great three-night stay here. Sisters Vy and Kim make you feel very welcome and at home. They give you advice about where to eat and local tourist information and the room was comfortable. Plus you can use free bikes to wizz around town, which we did every day. We loved being a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the historic quarter, but only a 5-minute bike ride into town, especially riding along the river road, which is very serene.

Great small family hotel/homestay!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is more of homestay as opposed to a hotel, however my room and the ensuite are of a hotel standard. Fast WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. There is also a nice pool which catches the sun in the morning so good for relaxing. It is a 20/25 min walk from the old town, however you can walk along the river in a straight line so is very easy (no busy roads or beep beeps!). There is a good restaurant a 2 min walk from hotel, great pizzas.

한국어 후기가 없길래 남겨요 .. 진짜 정말 정말 친절하고 가격대비 서비스 좋고 조식을 이틀동안 한번도 먹지 못하고 일찍 나갔는데 마지막날 아침비행기로 집에가는데 과일 도시락으로 싸줬어요 완전 친절 ..오직 단점이라면 깨끗하긴한데 샤워기 수압이 쫌 약하고 수영장이 크지 않아요 그래도 근방에 안방비치랑 참섬투어 가서 수영하면 되니깐 수영장은 크게 중요하지 않았어요 ,하나더 거리상 올드타운이랑도 쫌 떨어져 있고 안방비치랑도 떨어져있어요 .여기서 그랩이 잘 안잡혀서 프론트에 말하면 미터 콜택시 불러줘서 걱정없습니다 . it was the greet exprienced ever ! clean room and she's friendly , kindly .always asked to her and got a good answer about travelling around Hoi an . if i had chance to Danag again, I would be stay there !

너무 친절하고 깨끗하고 편리했던 호텔

호스트분들이 너무나 친절했고 방도 청결했어요. 호이안시내와 멀지않아서 편리했으며 의상을 맞출수 있는 곳도 호텔 내부에 있어서 새로운 경험을 할수 있었고 합리적인 가격에 퀄리티 좋은 바지를 두벌 맞춰왔어요. 자전거나 오토바이도 빌려 나갈수 있어서 편리했고 만족스러웠어요. 호텔 조식도 맛있었고 여유롭게 수영장도 이용할수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 공항에 갈때도 호텔에서 싼가격에 픽업서비스를 받을수 있어서 편리하고 만족스러웠어요. 짧게 묵어서 아쉬웠지만 다음에도 꼭 다시 찾고싶은 호텔로 기억에 남습니다. 모든 호스트분들은 가족같이 따뜻하고 친절해서 베트남이 아주 좋게 기억될거에요. 이호텔은 가격과 컨디션 모든게 완벽합니다.

Clean comfortable but far from town

Pros are clean room, quiet, comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast. Cons are poor WiFi which did not work at all at times, far from town and taxi had very hard time finding the hotel.

The villa is great. Very spacious, clean and friendly service. Considering the flood hit Hoi An the week before, they have done a great job cleaning up. The hotel is close enough to Hoi An, a bit hard to find but local taxi knows where to go.

A perfect stay

The hotel is almost new, so it's pristine. The staff is super helpful, especially Jack (the owner) who makes sure your stay is perfect and will give you advice on where to eat. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was great. They have bikes and motorcycles for rent. The location was great too. It's a 10 minute bike ride from the city center. All in all, my stay here was perfect and I highly recommend the place.

Brilliant cheap homestay villa

As of Sept 2017, this homestay only opened 5 months ago, and you can tell that it was put together with care and held to high standards. It is run by a Vietnamese man who goes by 'Jack', who is incredibly friendly & helpful. The suites have high ceilings and are of a quality that you'd normally have to pay 2 or 3 times the price to have. Jack will rent you scooters for $5 per day, and Hoi An centre is a quick 5 minute scoot away. I was a bit hesitant before booking this place because it's so new and doesn't have many reviews, but I'm glad I took the risk - you should too!
