Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was unexpected and a nice touch. I was surprised the property wasn’t rated 5 star, and would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The only recommendation is that I would make sure you know what your view is. Ours was overlooking a pickleball court where I had hoped for a pool view. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and the breakfast was lovely! The hotel is very walkable as well.

Great hotel close to all the sights. Our room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a perfect spot to have a beer after a long day - although it backed out on to the pickleball court, so be ready for that noise if you have the same room. Breakfast was excellent and the best of our trip. Other than the pickleball noise, the hotel was quiet and the pool area was wonderful. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Having bikes available was awesome and a perfect way to explore the town. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action.

Was a nice room, we had issues were there was hair and other dirty areas of our room that we needed to inform them about multiple times because it was completed. We had a really nice stay at the Allegro. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning in our rooms worked well during a heat wave. (Note that some parts of the hallways are not air-conditioned but it didn’t affect our comfort.) The staff was amazing, especially Sophie, Hillary, and Nancy. They were some of the sweetest and most helpful people we met in Vietnam. They helped to arrange our excursions and transportation and even helped with our mobile phone connectivity issues. (We also enjoyed spending time with the hotel drivers who took us around.) Finally, when we checked out very early in the morning for the airport, the staff had breakfast boxes ready for us. There was a real warmth to the hospitality and we would come back just to visit the staff, who were like old friends to us by the time we checked out.
