Friendly attentive staff. Well trained for a small hotel. Good breakfast, the girls never rushed you even when late. Rooms comfortable and with good space. My room had a private balcony. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony.

Staff were friendly, however minimal English did not help when raising concerns. You may be aware that Dalat in January has morning termperatures approaching only 10 degrees. Asked for a heater, as blankets supplied not sufficient. Heater PowerPoint or heater did not function. Morning Shower temp was Luke warm. Communicated concern a couple of times without change. Warmed up in the evening. Maybe solar? Wifi terribly slow. Only useful for minor data. Rom clean and nice breakfast included.

Hong Mon is about 2km from the city, but it is an easy 25min walk down the hill to the city centre - and a $2AUD cab ride back. It is only a 10min walk to the cable car which gives you access to Thien Vien Truc Lam. There are a couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but nothing right there. It's in a quiet location, but I'm not sure if any hotel in Vietnam is actually quiet (room to room noise). Breakfast is fairly good. Staff English is hit and miss, and they will only deal with tour companies that they advertise. So if you would like them to help contact someone else that you have found, they won't.

To be fair, we had just come from the Ana Mandara. It is a nice hotel, mostly comfortable, and close to the bus station. We will more than likely stay at this hotel again at least for one night or two, because it is convenient. The staff was very friendly, and nice views of the area.

Lovely quiet, clean and comfortable hotel.
Very quiet, clean and modern hotel. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds. We tried walking to the city/market area and it to us about 45 mins. After that we caught taxis back and forth - quick and cheap. Very close to the cable car - about a 10 min walk. There is a nice cafe/coffee shop opposite the bus station (5min walk from hotel). Staff are very friendly and efficient - booking taxis and answering any questions. The breakfast is mainly Asian with egg station. Could have more western options such as grilled tomato, mushrooms. More variety of fruit would be great too - they only had watermelon. Delicious homemade yoghurt. Overall great value, very comfortable and quiet. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

I like this hotel because it’s new and clean. It also offers a good variety of food for breakfast. I just have the feeling that the hotel does try to offer a very decent breakfast, not just a breakfast. I will stay there again for $27/a night with balcony for 2 persons. 11/30/17

Good room and breakfast with great natural view.
The room is spacious and the hotel is well decorated. It is a villa style and parking available in front of the hotel. The location is a bit far from downtown but could be easily reach by motorbike or taxi. It is walking distance to Futa Bus station. They provide great free breakfast which include both asian and western style. The view from the hotel is great and good natural environment. Could have a coffee and read in the lobby.

A nice hotel for the price
The hotel served our needs for our 2 night stay in Dalat. We struggled a little bit with lack of ventilation /drying in the room as we got very wet in the rain arriving into Dalat on the motorbikes. There were also some dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived which had not been removed from the previous guests. As it happened it was useful for us to dry off our bags etc when we arrived but expect that another guest might find this a problem (just to clarify fresh towels had also been supplied). The breakfast was fabulous. The staff friendly although not overly forthcoming on recommendations in the area although, again, this suited us as we had bikes to explore the surrounding area. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again.

Great hotel!
This is an excellent hotel. The room was spotlessly clean with views to the area, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from and many Vietnamese dishes. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the area and I will go back there if I am visiting again. The only thing to take into account is that it is approximately 30 minutes away from the city centre walking, but a taxi is very cheap and it takes just a couple of minutes. We booked a bike tour with the hotel to go to the coast and we really loved it as well. We also hired a scooter with the hotel to visit the nearby waterfalls, so we had 3 wonderful days there. This hotel was definitely on my favourite list during my trip to Vietnam.

We booked 3 rooms with balconies and were disappointed with the original rooms with the minimal balconies. We requested a change and they gave us triple rooms with balconies which we could stand on. Rooms are clean and pleasant, overlooking the valley with vegetable gardens. the hotel is in a residential area, away from the town. The hotel is a 15 mins walk to the main road/bus terminus or 10 mins by taxi to the market/town area. The breakfast buffet is pleasant with a nice selection of local food.

Disappointed in location. Felt that we paid a lot for the hotel, facilities and position. Restaurant shut at 5pm, we arrived after 8pm and were not advised of anywhere nearby to eat but offered a take away menu, ordered pizza as we felt there was no other option. In the morning we realised that there were restaurants within about 10 mins but the local area was rather poorly developed. Woken at 6am by chanting/singing etc from school nearby, which continued for about 1 hour. Breakfast was poor in comparison with other hotels we have stayed in in Vietnam.

Clean hotel with exceptional service.
The service was excellent in this hotel and all the staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good with mostly local dishes that were tasty. The hotel is a bit far from the center, we rented a motorbike from the hotel and that made the stay very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel for a quiet stay with great service. The room could be more decorated, but that would still not change my mind to recommend it.

Nice hotel a little out if town
The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. It was quote far out of the main town so we had to get taxis everywhere, which was a little annoying but when we asked the desk for a taxi they were arranged very quickly. The only other thing was there was no shower curtain round the bath so when you had a shower the entire bathroom got soaked which was annoying.

Thus hotel is way too far from everything. It was very small, room was very small. View was not so nice. The worst of the whole experience was dealing with the staffs. It was so bad that I had to leave and was willing to lose my money for the second night. I high tailed out of there as soon as I was able to get into another hotel. Asked the front desk about a car rental twice and never got a respond. No help with baggages at check in. worst experience ever.

Very noisy hotel
Once we've entered the hotel, a big family was sitting in the lobby while thier kids were running around and screaming. After we got into the room (3rd floor, right beneath the lobby) the noise was untolarable, we had to get out. We talked to the receptionist that informed us there are no other rooms available. Later, he suggested we would change rooms in the morning, in the highest floor (7th floor- in the attic). We moved into the new room which was less comfy (no bed base, low water pressure in the shower), but the noise was reduced significantly. Breakfast was poor, compared to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Location is remote from the city, about 10min drive, approximately 50,000vnd each way. The hotel is new, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Simple good value mini hotel
This is a simple hotel that offer the essential hotel services for a reasonable price. The lobby and rooms feel quite new. The furnishings are simple and functional. The beds are OK in comfort. It is clean. The hotel is located about 2km from the city centre which is about a 6 minutes taxi ride. The view over the surrounding mountains and valley bellow is nice. Good wifi. Limited and uninspiring breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, just wrong location.
The hotel in itself is really good and the staff are great. However, the major drawback is the location. Hotel.com list the hotel under "city centre" filter - and 0.5m away, this is just wrong. It is not a city centre hotel and it may be 0.5 miles as the crow flies, but I do not fly like a crow. It is at least 2 miles to city centre by walking motorbike or taxi. On the plus side it is close to bus station and cable car, and that's about it. And you can rent a motorbike direct from the hotel. The hotel is bright and modern, with some lovely views from a balcony in my room (small but nice). It has everything required and is clean. The breakfast was good and good wifi.

Lovely hotel shame about the noise
Loved our stay. Room was big and bright. Hotel seems new, very modern and very clean! Breakfast buffet was the best we've had in Vietnam. Staff were so helpful. The only downfall was the noise. Although this was from other guests so not really the hotels fault. But people shouring and screaming and running round at 7am in the morning outside our room (which was in reception) was very annoying, especially as the staff didn't ask them to be quiet!

Great hotel!
The hotel was great! The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very large and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good also. Only downside was its a little bit out of town, so you have to taxi or motorbike there, but it's not too bad.

Nice hotel, but a little away from the main city
Nice room for the price. The bed was quite large, very clean, but on the firm side. Bathroom was also nice, with a stand up shower. Only complaint about the shower is that it was the same level as the other tiles in the bathroom, so every time you shower, it floods the bathroom. Also, hot water wasn't available all the time.

Great, Quiet Hotel
A great place to stay to get away from the busy streets in central Dalat, and a taxi ride to Dalat Market/ city center is really cheap. Just down the street from the bus station as well. A newer hotel so everything is still clean and in working order. Nice balcony view overlooking a small valley. The service and housekeeping are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good selection for just about anyone. Would highly recommend staying here for couples or families that want to be able to relax in the late evening.

Womderful hotel!
Perfect perfect stay!! I think everyone who's been travelling from a guesthouse to the other for 2 months deserves a treat. And the Hong Mon Villa gives you all the comfort, relax and peace that you need in a quiet place as Dalat. Breakfast is huge and delicious! Wonderful view on the mountains. Maybe a little too far from the center, but taxi is only 50.000VND!

Overpriced for a basic room, far from downtown
Although this hotel was nice, it was definitely over-priced. The bed was quite uncomfortable with a wood slat running down the middle (so no cuddles with the hubby), and the room was very basic although it did have a fantastic view out the window. We had to pay for a decent map of town (never had to do this before - all hotels provide these for free, but their free map was way too over photocopied and only showed half of Dalat), and the place was definitely too far to walk to/from downtown so we had to cab the entire time. Breakfast was great though, and the area was nice and quiet.

A pleasant hotel to stay
This is a fantastic hotel for the price we paid . The down side is bit noisy . You hear your next door very clearly . You need to get a 10 minutes cab ride to town .

Amazing hotel, a little gem!
The hotel was simply the best! We loved everything about it. It is conveniently located away from the bustle of the city but also about 5 minutes by bike or taxi to the center of Da Lat. The room was beautiful, modern and clean, with a view over the valley and mountains so we could see the sunset from our balcony. The hotel was quiet and the atmosphere very relaxing. The breakfast had everything we needed and the staff was very kind and always helpful. It was also very easy to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel, which was also very nice. If you're looking to relax and enjoy Da Lat in a cozy "chalet" like hotel, this is the right place of you! We highly recommend!

极其不推荐，照片都是骗人的，跟照片完全不一样，房间特别小，挤的转不开身，半夜很吵，而且很冷，早餐没什么可吃的，位置很偏，去城中心要打车跑很远，上当了，再不会到这种地方了！
