"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"We had a wonderful weekend here. We cycled round the breathtaking Lake Vrynwy and came back to a soak in the hot tub. The next day, we visited the stunning Powis Castle with beautiful gardens. We would love to come again. The cottage was lovely. "

"Everything was of a very good standard and extremely well equipped. The view from the lounge/kitchen was superb and it was a pleasure to sit outside and soak in the beauty of the Welsh Hills. The pubs were just a few paces away from the accommodation and the food and drink at The Hand was excellent. Very friendly staff."

"Delightful, tranquil property in gorgeous surroundings. We were totally blown away with the gardens and views. Grove Cottage was charming with a lovely layout, fab TV, Alexa, a well quipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. Honestly cannot fault this accommodation and we hope to return asap. I would love to know more about Mr Humphreys the original owner and the history of the building and garden."
