I had booked a room with private bathroom and because I arrived earlier than the checkin, Luis, the receptionist offered me a temporary room with common bathroom to have a rest, mentioning that he will change to the room I booked in the afternoon. Arriving back at the hotel in the afternoon, the room was not available, as the keys were with "someone else". After 2 hours waiting for the key to arrive, Luis actually mentioned that the fact that he gave me a room earlier was enough and he cannot have the room I booked because he cannot ask the guy with the key to come back to the hotel. After a heated discussion with him, he moved me to another hotel, with private bathroom, but so cold that I actually had to sleep with the winter jacket on because the guy didn't have another heater to offer me. I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that what we talked in the morning valued nothing in the afternoon. Very bad customer service in a hotel in which at least this they could offer.
