We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. Excellent stay. Lovely farmland around the property. Easy to access lots or villages on the coast.

Clean, modern accomodation. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Slept very well.

Fantastic room and service, well presented and adapted to the government’s pandemic guidelines. Jessica was incredibly welcoming and clearly loves her work. We just wish we’d stayed longer.

Where to start.. Upon arrival we were met with a big smile and our room was ready, and a lovely one at the front of the building which is part of the original coaching house, 4hrs later I had a freak accident on some steps (totally my fault not looking where I was going) I spent the next 4 nights in hospital with 2 broken ankles but these guy's couldn't do more. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely fab stay. Maybe a bit more expensive than it should be for what’s offered. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Wardrobe was small but it did the job for one night. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small but the shower was big and very good pressure. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the room. No parking on-site but there is a car park...

The property location is stunning right on the Elie Beach. Staff were excellent and friendly and the food was fabulous. Will definitely return.
