I arrived on Thursday afternoon and was met by one of the lovely polite staff she showed me to my room and showed me how to work the satellite system and AC where the nearest shop was ect so I dumped my stuff on the bed and went and explored the beach is 30 seconds from the bedroom door Simpson Bay is a spotless beach with crystal clear turquoise water lovely and safe to swim in with no undercurrents after a swim just relax on the sun loungers and drift away to another world. Apartment was spacious, plenty of comfortable bedding and the kitchen had a full range of dishes. Very friendly staff made me feel so welcome like a home away from home. Only one lift in service was a bit inconvenient, but that’ was a small negative amongst many positives.

We had a late flight on the day of our check out. We spend the remaining time on the beach. The hotel gave each of us a beach towel and even let us take a shower in one of their empty rooms afterwards. So we got on the plane clean and refreshed. Really excellent service!

I am so grateful that I booked Holland House. It was truly a beautiful experience waking up every morning to the stunning beach view. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and kind throughout my stay. My room was cleaned and beautifully made up every day, and the team made sure my stay was comfortable and relaxing from beginning to end. ❤️ I also absolutely loved the shower, it was one of my favorite parts of the room! The bed was also extremely comfortable, I slept so well every night...

It was magical that's why we booked to goes back for 4 nights in two weeks time.

Absolutely stunning Villa, immaculately cleaned daily, staff were all so helpful, so many options on the site for food or you can stray to the strip with so many more great options along with the popular ones like KFC, McDonald’s & Burger King. Will definitely be coming back as this was such a relaxing trip, 5 Stars for this review

an old hotel right on the beach needs updating but great value for Sint Maarten and perfect for a few nights as right in shopping area and on beach

For the price we paid I wasn't expecting a palace but the sea view hotel was beautiful! Obviously quite recently renovated. Nice, extremely clean & spacious room with a sea view. The only downside (and the reason I gave 4/5 for comfort) was our squeaky bed! We never complained about this but I'm sure that if we had it would have been resolved quickly. The staff were extremely friendly, always asking about our day and sharing tips on where to go. A nice little courtyard by the beach with sun...

The staff make this hotel. They are wonderful, polite, engaging and charming. Nothing is too much effort. The beach is stunning and empty and without any hawkers which makes it totally safe to leave your bag by your lounger whilst you swim etc.

Nice hotel. Brilliant staff. Good food. Great location.
