I will never stay at this resort again. We had No Hot Water during the entire stay. How do you have no hot water for your guest? They told us we could go on the family side to take a shower in one of the vacant rooms if we wanted hot water!!!! That is crazy! Why would I want to leave my room to walk on the other side, in the heat to take a shower and be sweaty coming back to the adult side to sleep? It makes no sense. They were also doing renovations while the guest was there. Noise all morning and day long. It was horrible. Sonesta doesn’t have to worry about me staying there anymore. We spent a lot of money coming to this resort and to be treated that way is unacceptable.
