Great place to stay we will definitely be back for a future trip! Mike was awesome and checked in with us a few times, room was clean and restocked with fresh towels every day. Only a 15 second walk to the beach from our room, close to everything only a short walk to a corner store and tons of restaurants.

excellent, central located on the beach. has lounge and umbrella. all you need. our room has kitchenette. the court yard has tortoise . couple of cats and may birds singing. Mike and staff is perfect host. also has kayaks to use in bay which has small reef with fishes. only problem is we have to go back home.

I had a beachview room, just like the picture. If you are looking to step out of your room and get into the water or just relax by the water this is the perfect place. Is in walking distance of getting around. Although I rented a car that was not a good idea. It's best to get a parking although there is parking its a challenge to add driving around the island is a challange. The staff was wonderful and accomadating. Great place to stay - If I ever go back to St. Martin - I would return to this hotel.

The room was very clean but the beach was amazing. Soft sand and beautiful views. We sat on the beach chairs under the umbrellas for hours. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The entrance through the courtyard was so beautiful, there was a little pond area with about 14 tortoises. The owner was kind enough to give us an early check in with upgrade since our room wasnt ready. The room we got was beautiful and fairly spacious with a back door leading straight to the beach. The bed and bed linens were the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The whole property was gorgeous, friendly staff and perfect location. Look forward to going back, we had the most perfect stay.
