"Beautiful property with a tropical atmosphere. Most of the staff were ready to help with any issues. One of my complaints was service at the poolside bar. My sister and I were ignored for over an hour to see if we would like anything from the bar. Normally I would not make a big deal about it but the person on duty made sure he served the young ladies sitting NEXT to us and never once asked us if we would like anything from the bar. My sister finally went up to the bar to order us some beverages and asked the bartender why we ignored? No answer. Also. Not ADA friendly. Our room had 5 steps to get to the door. Not acceptable. Still a beautiful place. Will I stay again? Not sure at this time."

"This was our first (and last) trip to Key West and we decided to stay at the Doubletree, since they were Dog Friendly. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was wonderful and the staff could not have been more welcoming to us and extremely outgoing to our dog! The room was perfect, overlooking the pool and with a balcony. Very clean and modern room. The only negative (more of an inconvenience) was the elevator on our side of the building was out-of-order and so, we needed to go on the other side of the building to get the elevator...not a big deal though. Unfortunately, we were not fans of the downtown (Duval St) area...too many over-served people and way too many t-shirt shops and bathing suit shops. So we decided to check out early and it was not a problem with the hotel. We thank you for that! Highly recommend the Doubletree Hotel and a big thank you to the entire Team of folks who helped make our hotel stay enjoyable!"

"Fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Key West Waterfront! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Our room was very spacious, with lovely views overlooking the pool, and was comfortable and well-maintained throughout our stay. The pool area was a highlight—never overcrowded, and we were always able to find a seat and relax. The bar staff, especially Jeff and Ken, were fantastic. They were engaging, friendly, and helped create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local shops within walking distance. Duval Street was just a short 10-minute Uber ride away, making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer. Another big plus was the complimentary parking, which is becoming increasingly rare at hotels these days. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."
