Where do I start with this disaster of a stay. We arrived around 6pm on the 3rd, check in line was over an hour. At check in we requested additional bedding as my daughter was sleeping on the pullout sofa & we wanted extra padding (we all know how those can be). Nothing was sent! We left the room to get dinner & hope over to Magic Kingdom for a bit & came back around midnight & called for bedding. Made FOUR calls and still no bedding. We were told to check the closets...DUH that was done first & nothing. At 3AM I finally got in bed covering my daughter with the pool towels. BY THE WAY...THE AC DIDN'T GO ABOVE 56 DEGREES. IT WAS FREEZING. Next day, we went on out WDW journey & came back & stopped at the front desk (after midnight) & requested blankets & sheets to make our way back to our IGLOO....AC still not going above 55 at this point. Daniella the night manager went & got us blankets & gave them to me in a large bag. We had no hair dryer, the TVS were ancient & turning everyone green, the remotes for both tvs needed batteries, there was no room cleaning service even though I had requested on the 2nd night, just for clean towels (mind you the clean pool towels were used for bedding). The waterpark was at capacity at 11:30am and good thing because there was lightning all day and it closed down so thankfully no waste of money. The Timeshare preview and such ended with a rotten attitude from the sales rep that was mad I didn't sign for a timeshare.
