"There is no wiggle room on check in which is 4:00 pm and then must be out at 10 am.Even it the place is not occupied. I find that not very appealing."

"Perfect location for our visit to Crystal River. I didn’t bring a boat this time, but fantastic dock setup and great setup for hanging out by the river. Our scalloping guide was able to pick us up by water, which made the day much easier to manage.Owner communication was great and they even set us up with a personalized entry code, so we had easy and “memory proof” access. The loving space was well appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. I would definitely stay again!"

"The house was everything and more! Very clean, quiet, and cozy. The house was stocked with LOTS of extras. Soaps, spices, ziploc bags, storage bowls, and I even found chip clips. The coffee bar was fully stocked. The only downside was the neighbor built a large boat dock and made it very tight when docking our boat. Overall wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend."
