The Riu is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The staff are exceptional!
I really feel that they need to work on their food. It is unfortunately the only thing I have to complain about. I recently was in Jamaica at a Riu and the food their was the same I was hoping that it would be different in Mexico but sadly it was the same. I felt the only decent restaurant was the Italian one in both locations. I hope that they can step it up to become 5 star in my opinion.
