  • In Morgat, a renowned seaside resort close to the beach and amenities yet in a peaceful setting, this magnificent 2-bedroom duplex flat is located on the top floor of the Ville d'Ys residence, with a superb view over Morgat beach and the Bay of Douarnenez. The building was refurbished and delivered in July 2006. It is located in the heart of Morgat, 50 m from the beach, between the town and the marina. The property is private and enclosed.70 m² of living space, with sea-view terraces from the ground-floor rooms and double velux windows in the bedrooms offering a bird's-eye view of the beach.

    Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.

    The flat comprises

    On the first floor:

    1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190).

Flat with a spectacular view

This flat accommodating 4 adults offers a breathtaking view of Morgat. Its kitchen is well equippped. Pubs, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are nearby. We enjoyed our strolls/bike tours along the beautiful coast very much. We are really looking forward to our next stay in this area and we will certainly try to reserve one of this agency's properties as all the requirements were met to our utmost satisfaction.

Nous avons apprécié une très belle vue sur mer et sur la plage de Morgat. Ce bel appartement, idéalement situé, est très agréable à vivre. Sobre, sans décorations, vous adoptez le lieu très rapidement. Un plateau, un grille pain, quelques assiettes à dessert, quelques petits raviers apéritif, une table sur le balcon, un WC à l'étage et quelques produits d’entretien laissés à disposition pourraient venir compléter avantageusement la prestation. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour !

Superbe séjour à Morgat

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Morgat (la station balnéaire de Crozon). Le logement est HYPER bien situé, il est impossible de faire mieux. Nous pouvions bénéficier d'une vue incroyable sur la station et la plage (et la mer, bien sur). Nous étions comme "dedans-dehors", observant la vie dans la station depuis l'un des balcons, profitant du spectacle de la plage, des fêtes de fin de journée (les mardi de Morgat, par exemple) et des sorties des bateaux. L'appartement est très agréable, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la salle de bain grande et pratique. Le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture sur le parking protégé de la résidence est un vrai plus, car il n'est pas simple de se garer dans le village. Et il existe même un local à vélo fermé à clé et permettant d'attacher ses vélos avec leur porte-clé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M Philippot, qui nous a plein de conseils très utiles. Il y a tout sur place, grace au petit supermarché U, boulangerie, restaurants, vendeurs de chichis/gaufres/beignets et commerces divers. Et, ce qui est très inattendu en Bretagne, la mer est très calme, peu ventée, et un vrai paradis pour les stand up paddle et kayak du fait de l'absence de houle. Il faut aussi absolument faire le GR, vous allez vous croire dans les calanques marseillaises ! Bref, une très belle surprise et un super logement.

Vue exceptionnelle au rendez-vous, très bel appartement trés bien équipé, pratique et beau, conforme à sa description et aux photos, Acueil très sympathique rapide et efficace. Si vous êtes concernés, pensez à demander les équipements bébé, dont la présence est également trés appréciable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location et renouvellerons.

Excellent stay with a breathtaking sea view

Modern, well equipped apartment with a small balcony facing east side. Good kitchen for culinair activities. Fenced parking space for 2 cars in front of the building. (ideal when it's a busy month!) Opposite beach, near supermarket, good bakery and bars and restaurants. Bicycles and all watersport activities (sailing, surfing, kayak, motorboats etc.) on walking distance. Good beds and 2 showers. At night it can be a bit noisy due to several bars on the quay underneath the building. The bars are quite silent, but not the visitors heading home. Can be solved by shutting the double windows in front and opening the garden view window in the bathroom upstairs. We would certainly recommend a stay.

Crozon Morgat le dépaysement assuré

Une location pratiquement neuve, bien aménagée, de bonne qualité, avec une vue sur la baie de Morgat remarquable. La presqu'île est une réelle découverte notamment via le GR34. 2 regrets cependant Le temps, mais à relativiser pour les marcheurs qui ne recherchent pas forcément la canicule. La qualité de la plage de Morgat qui a perdu sa splendeur, mais est compensée par le centre nautique pour les amateurs de voile. Un grand merci à Erwan pour son accueil

Blick aufs Meer

Ein tolles Appartment! Geräumig, sauber, super ausgestattet. Highlight ist der Blick aus dem Fenster bzw. vom Balkon auf den Strand und das Wasser. Vom Bett aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Wunderschön! Ein weiteres Plus ist der eigene Parkplatz. Monsieur Phillipot als Verwalter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Superschöner Urlaub in Morgat / Superbes vacances à Morgat

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hell, der Blick auf die Bucht von Morgat ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben viel gekocht und dafür war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass es zwei Duschen in der Ferienwohnung gibt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, der Strand, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Vielen Dank an Hr. Philippot für den netten Empfang und die reibungslose Abwicklung der Wohnungsübergabe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. L'appartement est très joli et lumineux, la vue sur la baie de Morgat est tout simplement fantastique. Nous avons beaucoup cuisiné et pour cela le Cuisine très bien équipée. Il est également très pratique qu'il y ait deux douches dans l'appartement. L'emplacement de l'appartement est optimal, La plage, une boulangerie, une pharmacie, des restaurants et des magasins ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Un grand merci à M. Philippot pour l'accueil chaleureux et le bon déroulement de la remise de l'appartement. Nous serons heureux de revenir.

Lovely property in the pretty little resort Morgat. Wonderful Sea view to be enjoyed sat on the balcony of the apartment. Plenty of choices to eat out nearby. A great base to explore this beautiful area.
