Brittany - Presqu'ile de Crozon: Villa, sea view with private heated pool

  • This large villa (10 people) is perfect for spending your holidays with family or friends.

    It is ideally located in the heart of the Armorique natural park, in the village of Landevennec, facing the sea and right on the water. You can enjoy an authentic, comfortable house with character and fully decorated, equipped but also functional. You will appreciate the beautiful terraces, the large enclosed garden and above all the private heated swimming pool which will delight young and old people. Your car will be safe in the private parking.

    If you are sailing, you will be able to come with your own boat if you wish (visitor mooring in the port, ask the Town Hall of Landevennec). For tennis fans, there is a municipal course in the village (reservation is possible with the Town Hall).

    Landevennec is also the entrance to the Crozon peninsula where a community of monks have established themselves in the St Gwenolé abbey, a war ship cemetery) and located on the GR34 route.

    Nearby: You will find long and magnificent sandy beaches 10 minutes away by car, superb points and panoramas (Pointe de Pen Hir, les Tas de pois, Pointe des Espagnols, Cap de la Chèvre), Crozon, Morgat, Camaret, Locronan : small city of character.

    The peninsula is framed by the bay of Brest to the north, the bay of Douarnenez to the south with the Pointe du Raz, and the Mer d'Iroise to the west. Brest and Quimper are approximately 50 km away.

Very good location beautiful views , pool nice and protected from the wind ,just let down by not having any sun loungers by the pool only had chairs and not enough supplied chairs either , also the seating in the lounge wasn't adequate for the amount of people staying overall, the facilities were very good though and the kitchen has more than enough equipment and crockery and cutlery for everyone, we had a lovely holiday , keep in mind they do charge extra for bedding and towels , otherwise a nice time was had by all .

A Great Family Holiday

Great location, well equipped attractive house . Pleasant garden with shade and much used heated swimming pool.Barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating . All used by our family of 11 , ages ranging from 20 to 86. The only lack was separate toilets and little hanging space for clothes in some bedrooms

Great home for a family holiday.

The house is set in a beautiful garden. The swimming pool was perfect for adults and children. The village is peaceful with essential supplies available when you don’t want to visit the supermarket. The house had plenty of equipment for twelve of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all in order. We contacted the manager with a question and she replied very quickly. Six adults and six children all enjoyed the holiday very much.

Family get together

Location was lovely and the heated pool was brilliant for all the family. The house is furnished in an eclectic way which suits adults rather than children. We were disappointed with the quality of bedding linen and towels all of which really needs to be replaced. We were a party of 8 adults and the hot water was not sufficient for us all to have a shower and needed boosting regularly. On the whole a pleasant property in a lovely village location.

Beautiful house and setting with unfriendly and unprofessional manager

The home is a lovely and beautiful and spacious place for a holiday with family and friends. Unfortunately the house was not clean to an acceptable standard. The surfaces and drawers were not cleaned thoroughly enough with marks and stains evident. The manager who met us was not friendly or available when called, she never answered her phone on multiple tries to get hold of her. The house is very cluttered with unnecessary decorations and clutter. The coffee machine was not working, the other equipment in the house is very old and outdated and quite a few lights and lamps were not working. Once again the manager on check out did not answer her phone or confirm time for check out and was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional on check out. There is a cleaning fee paid - and the house was not cleaned to standard. It’s a beautiful home but not entirely good value for money.

Ein schönes gemütliches Haus mit tollem Garten. Es ist kein Badestrand in der Nähe, aber ein kleiner Bootshafen, in dem man trotzdem schwimmen kann wenn man möchte. Daher ist der Pool eine tolle Alternative, vor allem mit Kindern. Der Ort ist klein, ruhig und nett. Schöner Ausgangsort für Sternfahrten auf der Crozon Halbinsel.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette très belle et grande maison, les pieds dans l'eau, avec absolument tout ce dont on a besoin et tout le confort pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Jardin magnifique, piscine, salle de jeux,terrasses, absolument tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner. Le bourg est également superbe avec son église, abbaye, son musée et le restaurant avec une vue imprenable, l'épicerie/boulangerie coopérative à des prix imbattables, le café/hôtel d'unautre temps, le bar avec vue sur les hauteurs et bien sûr la crêperie familiale avec l'équipe père/frères la plus sympa de Bretagne.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, hat einen eigenen Charakter. Der Garten und Pool sind traumhaft und nach vorne raus sieht man direkt auf das Meer und einen winzigen Hafen. Der Ort selbst ist sehr hübsch und ruhig.

Maison très agréable. Lieu Magnifique. Région superbe. De nombreuses activités à dispo à <40mn en voiture. Maison fonctionnelle, de nombreux objets fragiles, et parquet en bois, il faut bien briefer les enfants... Piscines de taille moyenne parfaitement chauffée et entretenue. Couchages à bien vérifier. Comme préciser sur l'annonce il y a potentiellement 10 places à condition que 8 personnes soient ok pour dormir à deux dans un lit double. Nous avons amené un matelas gonflable pour compléter.

Le site de la maison et le village de Landévennec sont très agréables et notre séjour aurait été parfait si ce n’est que, pour la deuxième fois où nous louons chez Abritel, l’entretien de la maison fait entièrement défaut, tant en ce qui concerne le ménage que le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers. En ce qui concerne le ménage, quelques exemples : - poussière, toiles d’araignées derrière les meubles et les fauteuils, poussière et cheveux sur les têtes de lits en toile, sur les lattes des lits, mouchoirs en papier dans un lit, couvertures poussiéreuses - sanitaires sales (traces d’urine sur les WC) - tiroirs et placards sales - toiles cirées non essuyées - lave-vaisselle non vidé, sachets de thé dans la théière, machine à café non nettoyée (marc de café)- - piscine verte En ce qui concerne les appareils ménagers : - sautes de courant fréquentes - -chauffe-eau insuffisant pour le nombre d’occupants (pas d’eau chaude à l’étage) - lave-linge et sèche linge ne fonctionnant pas - filet d’eau perpétuel dans la cuisine provenant du réfrigérateur Si vous le désirez, photos à l’appui. Je ne parle pas des photos mensongères comme souvent… D’autre part, le prétendu ménage fait par le prétendu malheureux « concierge » n’étant pas achevé, nous n’avons pu nous installer dans la maison qu’à 18h 30, au lieu de 16h 30 . Nous avons alors découvert les manques et dû nous mettre au travail. Nous exigeons donc un dédommagement conséquent. Nous publierons toutes les photos et ce commentaire

Très belle villa dans un cadre superbe

La Villa est très agréable, la piscine, le jardin et le port de Landevennec sont tous les ingrédients réunis pour passer un merveilleux week-end entre amis. Je regrette seulement une entrée dans les lieux tardive (17h), le départ matinale (10h) et il faut prévoir ses draps, serviettes de toilette, huile d’olive et papier toilette.

À éviter !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette demeure familiale avec une situation un peu éloigné mais appréciable pour le calme. Par contre l'après séjour a été très compliqué puisque nous avons été débité à tort pour une supposé détérioration du rideau de piscine qui était très endommagé à l'état des lieux d'entrée. Donc un seul conseil exiger un état des lieux en entrée et en sortie avec photo à l'appui afin de passer un bon retour et d'éviter de payer des frais qui ne vous sont pas imputables.

Très bel endroit et très belle propriété

Je redis très belle propriétaire. Le seul reproche que je peux faire c'est de payer un mois avant la caution et de ne la récupérer que trois semaines plus tard alors que l'état des lieux a été fait et qu'il n'y a rien à signaler.
