The apartment has been completely renovated with taste and you can enjoy your stay with all the necessary modern comforts and access to a large garden.

- a comfortable lounge area equipped with a SMART TV and a wifi box

- a dining area with tables and chairs that can comfortably seat 6 people around a good meal

- a fully equipped modern kitchen area:
electric oven, induction hob with extractor, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, hand blender,.. you will lack nothing to prepare your moments of conviviality


The sleeping area is made up of:

- a bedroom with a double bed composed of 2 single beds 90*200*30cm equipped with 2 single duvets and a desk
You can wake up with a magnificent view of the Bay by opening the curtains

- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed equipped with a large 240*220cm down duvet with a superb unobstructed view of the moor

All our rooms are equipped with electric shutters allowing you to rest in complete darkness.

The comfort of a walk-in shower will welcome you during your return from walks or beach days.
An electric towel dryer is at your disposal.

You will also find a washing machine, as well as an indoor and outdoor drying rack.

The toilet is separate.

A garden completes the apartment. An outdoor area with tables and chairs is dedicated to you, so you can enjoy the superb view of the Bay of Douarnenez during your meals in the open air.

The garden is very large and completely surrounds the house too, it is possible to share some spaces.

You access the house through an entrance door common to the 2 apartments. You then have a private entrance upstairs to access your accommodation by following the interior staircase.

The house is also fully rentable.

From the house, you will have a view of the magnificent Pointe de Raguenez, it is accessible on foot for walkers and 5 minutes by car. Be careful with the tide times because if at low tide access is possible when the tide rises it surrounds this small islet.PGJyPg
You can also enjoy the large beach of Aber which is also 5' away by car, but also the beaches of La Source, the beach of Poul,.. there is so much to discover nearby.

You can also join the GR34 trail very quickly and by following it you can discover all the wonders around and even walk around La Presqu'ile if you feel like it!

Supermarket, bakery, restaurant are less than 5' away by
car.
The shops and daily markets on the Place de l'Eglise de Crozon are 7' away.
Restaurants, bars and the beach of Morgat are 12' away.
