"Beautiful house with gorgeous views from every room, very spacious and clean, with everything we needed and more !Lovely bottle of wine left for us..... a lovely gesture and much appreciated, All this was enhanced by the brilliant weather. Lots of books and games available if weather was unfavourable, plenty to keep a 4yr old occupied, but wasn't needed !! A walkers and swimmers paradise. "This is the best stay I ever had: gorgeous breakfast, big room with view on sea and mountains, you hear the sea all night you see the stars at night. You have a desk and a round table- we stay 4 days- a double and a single bed. We dreamed looking at the sea when it was too bad to go out, we could walk to the beach when it was nice. The only thing is the check-in: it is between 2 and 5 pm if not arranged otherwise but we didn’t know that all places to eat were closed at 5 pm - we were outside the normal tourist period- so we were quiet hungry the first night!"
"My husband and I stayed here on a day we went to Achill Island. We only stayed one night here. They have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, you do have to make a reservation but we were able to easily make a reservation when we arrived to the hotel. We are in the bar area and the food was very good. The view was beautiful. At night our room got pretty chilly and we weren’t able to figure out how to turn the heat up but we were okay. In the morning we decided to sleep in and missed the complimentary breakfast from 8-10. We did however get a pot of coffee to share a little after 10 which was perfect. The showers were very nice and they do provide a shampoo/body wash combination but did not provide conditioner in the room, this was not a big deal for us as I had some of my own. Overall this is a nice hotel and I would go back and stay again. "
