The staff were fantastic, all very friendly and helpful, but also very professional. From check in to the restaurant staff at breakfast and the lady who came to service the room - all brilliant. Management - if you read this, please make sure you give your staff a big collective pat on the back for the Jon they do - the staff are the heartbeat of a hotel. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our only small niggle was the paint fumes in the room when we arrived as the decorators were painting the outside woodwork.
